CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS

CRM Development.

See every enquiry, conversation and follow-up in one place, from the first call to after-sales service.

In many businesses, customer information lives in a salesperson’s phone, a WhatsApp chat and a register nobody else can read. When someone is on leave or moves on, the relationship goes with them, and follow-ups slip without anyone noticing.

We build CRMs shaped around the way you sell and serve. If a sale closes in a single call, the system stays simple. If a job runs through site visits, quotations, installation and years of service, the CRM follows each of those stages rather than forcing them into generic deals.

What changes

What your business can expect once the right system is in place.

Fewer missed follow-ups

Every enquiry has an owner and a dated next step, so leads are not lost between a phone call and a busy week.

Continuity across the team

Customer history stays with the business, so anyone picking up an account can see what was discussed, quoted and promised.

A pipeline you can read

Owners can see how many enquiries sit at each stage, what is expected to close and where deals tend to stall.

What we build

Every system is shaped around how your team already works. These are the parts we most often bring together.

  • Enquiry capture

Leads from website forms, calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and referrals logged in one place, with the source noted against each.

  • Pipeline stages

Stages that match your real sales process, from first enquiry and site visit to quotation, order and handover.

  • Follow-ups and reminders

Follow-ups assigned to a named person, with reminders and a clear list of what is due today.

  • Quotations

Quotations prepared from your product or service list, with each revision kept against the customer record.

  • Service and after-sales

Installations, service calls and AMC renewals tracked after the sale, so the relationship does not end at the invoice.

  • Team views and reports

Separate access for sales, service and management, with reports on enquiries, conversions by source and pending work.

How we work

A clear path from the first conversation to launch, and the improvements that follow.

  1. Follow a real sale

We trace how an enquiry becomes an order today, who touches it along the way and where it tends to stall.

  2. Define the stages

Together we settle the pipeline stages, fields and reminders your team will actually keep up to date, and leave out the rest.

  3. Build and import

We build the CRM in stages you can review, and import existing customers and open enquiries from your sheets and contact lists.

  4. Adopt and refine

After launch we watch how the team uses it and adjust stages and screens, because a CRM only helps if people keep using it.

Common questions

Something we have not covered? Ask us directly.

Why not use a ready-made CRM?

For many businesses a standard CRM is enough, and we will say so. A custom CRM makes sense when your work runs through stages that generic deal pipelines do not model, such as site surveys, installation and ongoing service, or when it needs to work closely with your other systems.

Will our sales team actually use it?

Adoption is mostly about keeping it simple. We keep the number of fields small, make the next follow-up the first thing people see and make sure it works comfortably on a phone.

Can it connect to our website and billing?

Usually. Website enquiry forms can feed the CRM directly. Connecting to billing or an ERP depends on what that system allows, and we check this during planning.
